In the fast-paced world we live in, the emotional and psychological needs of children are often overlooked. For many young minds, especially those growing up in under-resourced environments, navigating school, relationships, and self-understanding can be overwhelming. Without early support, they may struggle silently — their potential clouded by anxiety, isolation, or lack of guidance.
At Sankalpa For Change, we believe every child deserves the chance to grow in confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. Established as a trust, our organization is rooted in the belief that empowered children create empowered societies.
Our vision is to create a better society by focusing on young minds. We empower them by teaching life skills, creating awareness about the importance of education, and helping them build purposeful lives. We are equally committed to women empowerment by supporting their growth, confidence, and independence, helping them become strong contributors to their families and communities.
Sankalpa For Change works to empower children through education and skills development. Our focus is to create awareness, provide guidance and mentorship and create a supportive environment so that children can be guided towards a purposeful life. We are equally committed to empowering women through capacity building programs and support systems that nurture confidence, independence, and self-reliance.

Our Journey
It all started with a promise — a promise to work towards a better society, a promise to make a difference, a promise to bring a change within our circles. Little did we know that this oath taken by friends would take 10 years to germinate. The intention was there yet the seed took a decade to come to existence. Thankfully it bore fruit and out came Sankalpa For Change Trust. The Trust saw new beginnings last year on May 8th and is now running with full speed and throttle impacting schools and communities.
